AS GEOGRAPHY STUDY DAY 09 FEB 15

There will be an AS Study Day at The Royal Geographical Society in London on Monday 9th February 2015.

As an outline:

Year 12 students will have the opportunity to attend a series of lectures and workshops which will improve their subject knowledge in key areas of the AS exam board syllabi, and provide advice on examination techniques and applying to study geography at university.

4. Coasts

AS FIELD WORK - SPRING TERM 2015

AS Fieldwork will take place on the following dates, so please note them in your planners:

Thursday 29 January 2015 to Stratford/Canary Wharf
Thursday 26 February 2015 to Margate in Kent (Re-branding)
Thursday 12 March 2015 to the Isle of Sheppey in Kent to study coasts

More details and letters will be provided in the new year and Mr Lumsden will issue letters for each of the visits.

There will also be the opportunity to attend study sessions at The Royal Geographical Society in the new year.
